Single Piece Separation is an automated system designed to organize disorderly express packages into orderly formations. The technology uses the WZ-GE industrial camera paired with proprietary image processing and deep learning capabilities to locate shipments in real-time.
Through software-linked control systems, mixed parcels are automatically separated, spaced according to specifications, and intelligently queued for backend automation processing. It allows messy shipments to be turned into a “single-row formation” according to the set spacing and enter the back-end automation in an orderly manner .
