The Narrow Belt Sorter is a high-performance warehouse automation solution designed to achieve a sorting throughput of 9,000 parcels per hour at a consistent line speed of 1.5 metres per second, while maintaining an outstanding sorting accuracy of 99.9% and above.
Its robust design features a carrier belt driven by an efficient roller motor, with a reliable built-in power supply via an insulated conductive rail. The sorting line is supported by an asynchronous motor paired with a speed reducer for stable and efficient operation.
