The Material Box AGV is an automated mobile robot specially designed for handling material boxes, totes and containerised goods. It offers high efficiency, accurate positioning and flexible operation, making it suitable for warehousing, logistics centres and intelligent manufacturing environments.
With its compact body and low-profile design, the Material Box AGV can move easily through narrow aisles, shelving areas and high-density storage spaces. Some models are available with a narrower body width, allowing the robot to operate efficiently in facilities where space is limited.
The rear section of the AGV is equipped with a dedicated load-bearing frame for material boxes. Loading and unloading can be completed through automatic lifting and translation movements. Once the AGV reaches the target position, it identifies the material box using visual recognition or sensor-based positioning. The clamping mechanism then connects with the docking equipment to support automatic conveying, lifting and material retrieval.
