Mini Sorter (Fast scanner) is an intelligent sorting device that integrates the functions of barcode reading, weighing, volume measurement, sorting, and data transmission. It is composed of a high- resolution area scan camera, static volume camera, high-precision scale, high-performance industrial computer, and sorting module.
Mini Sorters/ Fast scanner is widely used in logistics distribution centers, express sorting, e-commerce and other scenarios. It is used for weighing, barcode reading, volume measurement, sorting and automatic piece counting of small or large express parcels. Through the system communication, the parcels can be sorted into multiple discharges according to the sorting scheme. Fast scanner can replace traditional manual barcode scanning, manual weighing, counting and sorting, etc. Significantly reduce the mechanical labor of employees and improve the efficiency of the sorting work.
- High automation degree: By placing the parcel on the operating table, the data collection can be completed automatically.
- High recognition rate: High-resolution integrated industrial camera, when the barcode resolution >0.25mm, the reading accuracy rat >99%.
- Accurate and fast weighing: High-precision strain sensor, accurate fast and stable weight value collection.
- Excellent manufacture: Touch screen, high-performance industrial computer, high-quality audio, high-quality spraying process.
- Connect ability with client’s system: Multiple data transmission modes support seamless connection with customers’ existing systems.
- Easy to use: Operators can operate the system after simple training.
